Stop Sharing a Report or KPI

If your organization has shared a report or KPI with the Maintenance Connection Community and you want to stop sharing it, you can remove it from the Smart Share Community.

ClosedStop Sharing Report

  1. Click the Reports button in the toolbar.

    The Reporter opens.

  2. Locate the report you no longer want to share.

    Shared reports have a Shared icon An icon that looks like a blue antenna with a signal coming from it..

  3. Right-click the report name and select Stop Sharing from the menu that appears.

    A dialog box opens, asking you to confirm your choice.

  4. Click Yes, Remove Share to remove the report from the community.

    A message displays, confirming that the report was removed from the Smart Share Community.

  5. Click the Close button.

    The Report List displays with the report no longer marked as shared.

ClosedStop Sharing KPI

  1. Click the Dashboard button in the toolbar.

    The Dashboard opens.

  2. Locate the KPI you no longer want to share.

    A Stop Sharing link appears in the lower-right corner of the KPI.

  3. Click the Stop Sharing link.

    A dialog box opens, asking you to confirm your choice.

  4. Click the Yes, Remove Share button to remove the KPI from the community.

    A message displays, confirming that the KPI was removed from the Smart Share Community.

  5. Click the Close button.

    You are returned to the Dashboard. The KPI now has a Share link.
